30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Kleem Organics products. If, within 30 days of your purchase, you find yourself unsatisfied, please contact us at alessandra@kleemorganics.com. We understand that skincare is personal, and every case will be handled individually.

Adaptation Period:

We recognize that skincare products may require time for your skin to adapt. We encourage you to use the product consistently for a minimum of 28 days before deciding if it meets your skincare needs. This adaptation period allows your skin to experience the full benefits of our products.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately providing your order number and image of the damaged/defective item. We will work with you to provide a prompt replacement or issue a refund.

Extension Option:

For added flexibility, the option to extend the guarantee to 60 days is available during the checkout process. Customers interested in extending the guarantee period by an additional 30 days can select this option and pay a fee of $5.

Preventing Abuse:

At Kleem Organics, we understand that individual circumstances may vary. While we don't offer a blanket satisfaction guarantee, we approach each case individually. Kleem Organics does not offer refunds for: shipping fees and taxes, orders placed in error or revert a charge from subscriptions, personal preferences of the product such as scent or consistency, or any other subjective opinions.

Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.
